Awful big for a small dog or puppy

Not as described. Put this on my 70lb German Shorthair Pointer and it was plenty big enough for him. Ordered it for the 15lb puppy in pic back ground. Definitely too big/heavy for small dogs.I ran a heavy duty magnet over the chain and hardware and can confirm it’s stainless steel; therefore it shouldn’t rust if used or left out in the weather.In the past, I’ve used the simple chain with two rings on the end and they seem to work fine. This has a welded nut, holding the D-ring in place. Seems like this choke collar was over engineered and miss sized for that small dog/puppy.
